Job Description
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
Administration
- Accountable for partnering with HR COEs for accuracy of critical departmental documents (e.g., HR Calendar, People Portal, etc.) and respond timely to inquiries (e.g., HR Inbox, People portal questions, etc.)
Project Work / Project Management
- Leading or supporting projects that drive the evolution of the HR planning and overall HR function (e.g., HR Strategy development, HR Roadmaps, HR SP & People Portal Data Governance)
Planning & Governance
- Leading or supporting the delivery of key governance and planning documentation for the department (e.g., HRC Board Materials, year-end materials – divisional scorecard development and assessment, CHRO year-end materials, etc.)
