Senior Associate, Corporate Accounting (12 month contract)

Join our Corporate Accounting team and play a key role in managing General Ledger operations and supporting core financial processes. This opportunity is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the General Ledger, leading monthly through annual close activities, and managing daily bank reconciliations and offshore administration funding. The role also supports internal controls testing, external and statutory audits, and key payment processes for Member Services and People & Culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the General Ledger including Chart of Accounts, Cost Centre, and Project hierarchies.
• Support period‑end close activities, including preparing journal entries, GL interface maintenance, bank account reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations (e.g., fixed assets, prepaids, and accruals).
