Senior Associate - Controlling, Advisory Operations

Overview

At PwC Switzerland’s Advisory business, the Controlling team supports leaders and engagement teams with financial transparency, performance insights and decision‑relevant analyses. Working closely with the central finance function, the team plays a key role in financial closing, forecasting, reporting, and strategic initiatives, driving growth, improving processes and enabling informed decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, bi‑annual and annual financial closings in close collaboration with the central finance team.
• Develop, implement and continuously enhance KPI reports and performance analyses to monitor Advisory results and support leadership decision‑making.
• Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes, strengthening financial planning and business steering.
