The Senior Analyst, Production Solutions for Cut Sheet and Wide Format is the technical lead for both pre‑ and post‑sales implementation of Ricoh's solutions portfolio. This expert‑level position requires deep expertise in integrated solutions, including hardware, enablement and standalone software and services. The individual will also act as a subject‑matter expert in areas such as cut sheet, colour management and other specialized disciplines.
Position Profile
The Senior Analyst will be engaged early in the sales cycle to assess the customer's workflow goals, demonstrate solutions, provide basic project management of implementations, and train customers.
