Senior Analyst, Lease Accounting

The Senior Analyst, Lease Accounting will review and interpret lease documents to ensure accurate billing and recoveries during month‑end, final billing, and the annual budget process. The role will be part of a high‑reaching team focused on development and long‑term growth.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Track all leasing activity for assigned portfolio.
• Review and interpret lease documents to ensure accurate tenant billings.
• Ensure accurate lease setup in the accounting system.
• Assist property management teams in investigating and responding to tenant queries or disputes.
• Ensure accuracy of recoveries during month‑end, final billing, and the annual budget process.
• Complete recovery calculations within CAM, utility, and property tax models.
• Post monthly recovery accrual.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process and system improvements.
