The Salesforce Business Analyst will have diverse responsibilities primarily focused on technology and system implementations, delivering automation and improving our operational infrastructure, and supporting and enabling business programs.
Senior Business Analyst Responsibilities
- Technology Implementation Projects: partner with business teams to understand business needs, translate into clear, detailed requirements, advocate on behalf of business stakeholders, drive systems‑related project execution with IT, document business results, lead UAT planning and execution, manage UAT, partner with project stakeholders, plan Go‑Live, and provide post‑Go‑Live support.
- Program Operations & Portfolio Support: support the Features & Enhancements program lifecycle, maintain a healthy project backlog, continuously improve delivery model, prioritize new requests, and plan for upcoming program increments.
