Senior Analyst-Global Factory IT (GFIT)

About our group The Global Factory IT team is a global organization that delivers and operates mission critical IT systems, enabling Seagate’s manufacturing operations worldwide. Based at the Woodlands site, our team partners closely with site factory operations, engineering, automation, infrastructure, and global IT teams to ensure 24x7 availability of shopfloor systems, manufacturing execution platforms, and factory data services. We play a key role in driving operational excellence by maintaining high system uptime, enabling efficient WIP flow, and continuously improving reliability, scalability, and automation across factory IT services. As part of a globally connected team, we work on real production impacting challenges, adopt modern technologies such as automation and AI assisted operations, and provide opportunities to develop deep domain expertise while contributing directly to Seagate’s manufacturing competitiveness and long term strategy.
