Senior Analyst, Finance and Accounting – Overview

The Senior Analyst, Finance and Accounting manages a complex, higher-volume portfolio and is responsible for all aspects of general ledger accounting, reporting, cash management, and budgeting/forecasting for the portfolio. The role serves as the main point of contact, providing operational support to Property Administrators and General Managers at the site level, as well as to accounting staff at third‑party service providers. The analyst also responds to ad hoc analysis requests and records corporate and management reporting entries.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• General Ledger Accounting – Prepare month‑end close journal entries, bank reconciliations, commodity tax remittances, and timely recording of monthly results from service providers.
