This role is based in Downtown Toronto and focuses on driving customer insights to inform marketing, product, and omnichannel strategy for Shoppers Drug Mart (SDM) eCommerce and Digital Health.
What you’ll do
- Leverage an advanced analytics toolkit (SQL, Python/R, Snowplow Analytics) to uncover actionable insights and deliver strategic recommendations that shape marketing and product strategies for acquisition and retention.
- Build reporting and forecasting to understand sales and marketing performance as well as on-site / in-app customer engagement to drive traffic and conversion.
