Senior Analyst Billing

What success looks like in this role:

• Performs Billing advice and support for multiple complex accounts.
• Completes billing activities and preparing billing files across multiple billing modules.
• Liaises with clients during the billing process.
• Researches data entry errors that impact billing reports.
• Reviews data in billing databases to ensure reflection of appropriate charges to be validated by more senior Billing roles and/or Revenue Recognition teams.
• Identifies the root cause of billing account issues and coordinates resolution with appropriate stakeholders.
• Prepares and updates process documentation and billing software auditing and maintenance.
• Recommends and helps implement continuous process improvement.
• Provides ongoing training to new hires.
• Reviews and completes escalated client billing inquiries.
