Senior Agile Delivery Lead, Digital Banking

Scotiabank is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead at ScotiaTech in Bogota to oversee Agile delivery for the IB Digital portfolio. In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving continuous improvement in team standards.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Agile and DevOps, and a strong bilingual background (English and Spanish). This hybrid position will involve moderate international travel.
