As a Senior Advisor, your expertise in IPD contract models and Lean Project Delivery will guide clients through successful project implementations. Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure effective delivery from pre-validation to commissioning. Your understanding of value vs. waste will position you as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

• Work with clients to prepare for IPD engagement
• Facilitate Lean and IPD training workshops
• Support clients in finalizing business cases and expectations
