## **Job Description****Senior Advisor – HR Innovation and AI****Build the Future With Us**As a **Senior Advisor – HR Innovation and AI**, you will play a key role within the **AI Innovation Hub of the Talent and Culture Vice Presidency (VPTC)** by translating the AI strategic vision into concrete, responsible, and measurable-value solutions for HR teams.This role complements and operationalizes the work of the **Practice Leader – HR Innovation and AI**. It is strongly focused on hands-on enablement, applied expertise, and the co-creation of AI solutions that are useful, adopted, and centered on an enhanced human experience.**What You Will Accomplish With Us**As a **Senior Advisor – HR Innovation and AI**, you will support HR teams end to end—from ideation to proof of value, and through scaling when relevant.
