Drive impactful compensation initiatives as a Senior Advisor, specializing in total rewards and internal consultancy. This remote position offers an opportunity to shape compensation strategies that inspire colleagues across multiple business units.
In this role, you will consult with internal clients, including the People & Culture team, on best practices in compensation and pay equity legislation. Your ability to analyze complex data will guide the design and implementation of effective compensation programs that support talent attraction and retention.
