We have partnered with a property managementpany located in Downton Toronto and they're on the hunt for a Senior Accountant for a 6 month contract with potential for extension/ permanency.
Your new role
Answer escalated questions regarding various accounting issues and reports.Review the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications.Evaluate variousplex accounting variances, reports, and records. Make rmendations relative to the accounting of reserves, assets, and expenditures.Maintain, record, and reconcile billings and accounts receivables for large clients, markets, or accounts.Create month-end accounting entries.Reconcile discrepancies and posts to the general ledger.Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.Check transactions from the subsystem to ensure data is accurately sent.Examine financial statements and documents for conformance with accountin...
