The Role
:Reporting to the Controller, this position plays a key role in the Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the hospitality industry, be highly analytical and organized and work well in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong leadership skills with the ability to foster great working relationships with the hotel team.

Job Duties:
Assist with month-end journal entries and inventory control audits

Responsible for sharing duty of Account Reconciliation with Controller.

Participation in vacation coverage for departmental roles.

Key communicator between the accounting department and other departments

Assist with the training and development of accounting staff.

Knowledge with Hotel operating systems and software including Financials System (AccPac), PMS (Opera), POS (Maitre’d), Excel.
