About the Job

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of manufacturing customers. This role is well‑suited for someone who enjoys building long‑term customer relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion, and guiding customers through complex decision‑making processes.

In this role, you will own a book of business and drive account growth, retention, and overall customer success. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their goals, recommend solutions, and deliver measurable value over time.
