SECURITY OFFICER

Summary You will serve as a Security Officer GS-0800-11 in the Administrative Department, Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The purpose of this position is to serve as the Command Security Manager. The position functions as the Principal Advisor on information and personnel security in the command, responsible to the Commanding Officer for management of the program. Responsibilities You will implement Information Security procedures and processes so classified material is correctly determined in compliance with security regulations You will administer the management of a Personnel Security Program by implementing policies and procedures. You will investigate and analyze a variety of security problems, questions, or conditions associated with general security or specialty areas to develop solutions.
