Security Liaison

Position: Security Liaison (Part-Time)

Facility: Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada

Reports to: Manager of Security Services

Job Purpose: You will be reporting to the Manager of Security Services and will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of Aquarium security. The “friendly face” of security will have a main responsibility of assisting Guests and staff. The Security Liaison will also be involved with property patrols, escorting cash, identifying and rectifying potential, current and existing hazards, disarming hostile situations, crowd control, first aid coverage, maintaining a daily log, and as required, completing incident reports. Security will communicate any suspicious, dangerous, emergency or hostile situations to the Supervisor and diffuse them according to the Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada protocol.
