Role Overview
The L3 Security Awareness Engineer is responsible for owning and driving enterprise wide Security Awareness using Proofpoint ZenGuide. This role focuses on behavior change, human risk reduction, advanced phishing simulations, and executive level reporting, while providing technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Security Awareness Program Ownership
- Own end to end Security Awareness and Phishing Simulation program using Proofpoint ZenGuide
- Design risk based and role based learning journeys aligned to business functions and threat landscape
- Drive measurable human risk reduction, moving beyond compliance only training
- Proofpoint ZenGuide Platform Leadership
- Architect, configure, and manage ZenGuide modules: training campaigns, phishing simulations, knowledge assessments, behavioral risk scoring
