Secondary School Pastoral Coordinator

St. Nicholas School is seeking a Pastoral Coordinator to support students in Secondary. We are looking for a caring, organised, and collaborative professional committed to the holistic development of learners, fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment aligned with the school’s values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the pastoral team, including Tutors and Pastoral Leaders.
• Oversee and enhance systems supporting student well-being, academic progress, attendance, uniform standards, and behaviour—ensuring consistent implementation of St. Nicholas’ rules and values.
• Support the PSHE program and mentor systems across the Secondary school.
• Be a visible, supportive presence in student life, promoting respect, inclusion, and student voice.
