Take on a pivotal role as a Retail Assistant Manager at Pursuit Collection's Jasper Columbia Icefield this Spring/Summer. Shape memorable guest experiences through leadership in our retail environment.
This full-time seasonal position involves assisting the Store Manager with daily operations while providing training to new and existing staff. You will be responsible for managing schedules, meeting sales targets, and ensuring high-quality customer engagement. Upholding Pursuit’s Core Values will be central to your role as you guide a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the onboarding and training for team members
• Directly supervise and coach retail staff members
• Plan and execute merchandise changes in-store
• Ensure inventory levels are maintained and well-managed
