Job Description
Step into a vibrant outdoor environment as a Seasonal Lead Merchandiser at the Garden Centre. This role involves leadership and creating engaging displays while connecting with customers from April to early June.
In this position, you'll lead and develop a team of seasonal merchandisers, offering training in plant care and merchandising. Your focus will be on visual merchandising, ensuring displays are attractive, well-stocked, and meet customer needs. You’ll also coordinate the rapid and safe organization of new deliveries and maintain optimal stock levels to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Motivate team members in display creation
• Manage efficient product stocking and updates
• Support unloading and organizing of deliveries
• Remove damaged items from sales floor
