Job Description
Drive excellence in vegetation management as a Seasonal IVM Field Supervisor. Ensure seamless operations and compliance across tasks while leading your team in a full-time capacity.
You will oversee a team, ensuring tasks are performed safely and efficiently. This role encompasses tracking production, managing logistic planning, and conducting safety inspections. You'll collaborate closely with management, motivating your crew and maintaining project standards throughout the work cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team in integrated vegetation management operations
• Oversee payroll, production tracking, and equipment management
• Plan logistics and inspect daily team output
• Provide support to crew during operations
• Collaborate with management for project safety and compliance
Requirements:
• 3-4 years’ experience in vegetation management
• Certificate or degree in Forestry or related fields preferred
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License necessary...
