Spectrum Resource Group seeks a Seasonal Industrial Backpack Field Supervisor. Lead crews in vegetation management and ensure efficient operations across diverse terrains while keeping safety and production on track.
This role requires direct supervision of the Industrial Integrated Vegetation Management team, ensuring effective task execution and safety compliance. You will also handle administrative duties such as payroll, production tracking, and equipment inspections. Daily site inspections and motivating your team are essential for maintaining high performance on projects.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise the Industrial IVM crew efficiently • Manage payroll, production, and safety documentation • Plan logistics for daily and weekly operations • Assist and work alongside crews on-site • Provide updates on team productivity and challenges
Requirements: • 3-4 years of vegetation management experience • Valid B.C. Class 5 Driver’s License • Strong chainsaw ...
