Seasonal Food & Beverage Supervisor

Position Summary

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff training, light administration, and active floor management throughout service.

• Regularly monitor and ensure service standards are being met
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, team members, and management
• Create a culture that revolves around exceptional guest experience and enjoyment of high-quality food and beverages
• Support staff day to day, building positive morale while providing coaching and feedback
• Support leadership by ensuring standard operating procedures are followed, and communicate any performance management to the Restaurant Manager
