Job Description
Natural Habitat Adventures seeks an organized and passionate Arrivals Specialist for its Winnipeg team. This seasonal position plays a key role in enhancing guest experience during the Polar Bear adventures.
Based at the Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport, you'll be responsible for warmly welcoming guests and assisting with their needs. You'll work alongside the Driver Team and Expedition Leaders, ensuring smooth logistics and prompt communication. This role requires adept problem-solving skills and a genuine friendliness to create the perfect atmosphere for arriving guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival
• Address guest inquiries about their expeditions
• Coordinate luggage support and locating missing guests
