Net2Source Inc. is seeking a highly motivated L1 Search Evaluator / Content Moderator to join their dynamic team in Mexico.

Position: L1 Search Evaluator / Content Moderator

Location: Mexico City / Monterrey / Guadalajara (Onsite)

Your Key Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in content moderation, evaluations, data labeling, or related operations
• High English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to follow detailed policies and guidelines
• Familiarity with internet culture, social media trends, and online platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

What You’ll Do:

• Review and evaluate search results to improve search quality and user experience
• Investigate user feedback and identify content or search-related issues
• Apply internal policies and guidelines to daily evaluation tasks
