Se Re Transaction Manager (Santiago de Querétaro)

The Siemens Energy Real Estate Transaction Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple real estate transactions in the Americas, collaborating internally and externally to ensure efficient and cost-effective purchasing, disposal and leasing of property throughout the region. The transaction manager will follow SE guidelines and processes ensuring timely delivery of each transaction through to execution or handing over to the project team. This person must have a transaction background and a strong ability to communicate with internal and external partners. Working with external vendors and internal stakeholders, you will direct all aspects of each transaction within the Americas.
