What you'll actually do:
- Reach out to candidates daily, follow up consistently, and move them through the pipeline
- Run fast, structured screening calls in Spanish and English
- Make sure candidates meet the must-haves and help them get their docs in order
- Keep everything updated in our ATS
- Hand off qualified candidates with a short summary and collect your bonus
