We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a dynamic technology team supporting enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile delivery, fostering collaboration across teams, and helping drive continuous improvement within the organization.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
• Remove impediments and proactively address risks that may impact delivery.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile and Scrum principles.
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization activities.
• Track and communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
