Your Impact
- Team-level coaching: Support engineers and Product Owners in applying Scrum or Kanban practices effectively; reinforce foundational agile behaviors.
- Facilitate ceremonies: Lead team ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives) and support communication around cross-team dependencies that impact delivery.
- Support planning: Assist Product and Engineering with sprint planning, capacity awareness, roadmap visibility, and team-level release coordination.
- Remove blockers: Identify impediments within the team’s workflow and collaborate with partners to drive resolution or escalation.
- Maintain visibility: Keep team dashboards (e.g., cycle time, throughput, WIP, defect trends) updated to support transparency and improvement.
- Reinforce flow & quality: Promote lean practices such as WIP limits, work slicing, definition of ready/done, and support adoption of CI/CD and automation practices.
