Take the next step as a Scrum Master II, leading multiple Scrum teams within an Agile Release Train to deliver software on time and to high standards. This role is key for fostering team collaboration and maturity.
In the Scrum Master II capacity, you will oversee several teams, coaching them in Scrum methodologies and Lean-Agile practices. You will facilitate team ceremonies and ensure smooth PI execution. Your role includes identifying systemic impediments, collaborating with stakeholders, and empowering Product Owners to refine their backlogs effectively.
