Job Description
Join our team as a Team Member focused on sorting and processing non-ferrous metals in Hamilton, ON. This hands-on role includes machinery operation and growth potential through training.
You'll be pivotal in inspecting and grading materials while adhering to operational goals. Mastery of industrial equipment like forklifts and skid steers will be necessary for tasks related to shipping, receiving, and overall production efficiency, along with the opportunity for a monthly bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick materials in line with quality standards
• Resolve jams using Skid Steer and manual tools
• Organize and move materials with forklifts
• Troubleshoot equipment as necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and order in work area
Requirements:
• Experience in physically demanding roles
• Proven skills in operating forklift and skid steer
• Experience on a continental shift schedule
• Ability to work at heights
• Must be able to wear a respirator
