Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of display campaigns
- Optimize display systems and screening workflows
- Support development of antibody assessment tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to advance pipeline projects
- Mentor junior team members and support lab infrastructure
- Coordinate with external partners on tech transfer and project execution
Key Requirements
- Ph.D. in a life science field with 2+ years of industry experience, or M.S. with 4+ years
- Strong background in antibody screening
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
