Job Description
Overview
Students study and practice leadership in the context of diverse communities and national organizations. Initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing a leadership project in an organization of the student's choice as well as continuous reflection on and evaluation of this project are at the core of this course. The course focuses on developing students' stills in project management, communication, and coorperation.
Responsibilities
- Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close a leadership project in a student-selected organization.
- Engage in continuous reflection on and evaluation of the project outcomes and processes.
- Develop and apply skills in project management, communication, and cooperation within diverse communities.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with all aspects of leading community-based projects and events.
