Saulteau Safety & Security Supervisor

A Saulteau Safety & Security Shift Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the efficiency, professionalism, and overall performance of security officers and OFA 3 medics across all sites that are not designated as self-contained and policed. This includes ensuring that site knowledge is consistently maintained and that officers receive ongoing evaluation, mentoring, training, and clear communication within a 24/7 operational environment.

The Shift Supervisor works closely with the Operations Manager to ensure site-specific requirements are upheld, operational adjustments or changes are implemented promptly, and new site start-ups are properly supervised. The ro...
