Job Summary

SAP Technical Lead (Basis/Hana) role is accountable for ensuring SAP environments (both on‑premise and cloud‑based) are secure and stable. Basis collaborates with Functional, Middleware, Development, and Security teams to ensure SAP applications are installed and functioning as per requirements.

What You Will Do

• Environment design, capacity forecast, and implementation of infrastructure, storage, and database components.
• Software configuration and implementation.
• Performance monitoring and tuning.
• High Availability and Disaster Recovery services.
• Maintain backup and recovery strategies and processes.
• Print management.
• Environment and transport management.
• Level 4 troubleshooting/support.
• Hana database administration.
• Maintain and adhere to IT and SOX controls and processes.
