Drive exceptional onboarding experiences as an SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Lead at EY. This role focuses on HR strategy and digital enablement, ensuring personalized employee journeys.
As a key member of the HR Technology practice, you'll lead onboarding engagements, working closely with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to align strategies with business goals. You'll have hands-on involvement in configuring and deploying SAP SuccessFactors solutions to transform client onboarding processes effectively.
