Position Overview

Seeking a SuccessFactors Consultant to implement and support cloud-based HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, etc.)


• Support HR processes including onboarding, payroll integration, and talent management


• Manage system integrations with SAP and third-party tools


• Ensure data accuracy, reporting, and compliance


• Provide user training and support

Required Skills

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules


• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices


• Integration experience (SAP HCM / APIs)


• Strong communication and stakeholder management
