We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) L3 Consultant / Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong functional and technical expertise who are ready to lead complex initiatives and interact directly with clients.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- SAP Certification (mandatory)
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- Solid understanding of Core HR business processes
- Advanced knowledge of:
- Foundation Objects configuration
- Business Rules and Workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- MDF (Metadata Framework)
- Integration troubleshooting (SAP CPI )
- Position Management
