SAP Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute SuccessFactors Solution Architect to provide authoritative technical and functional leadership across the full program lifecycle. This is a senior, highly visible role in which you will be responsible for defining the end-to-end solution architecture, governing configuration and integration design decisions, and ensuring the platform delivers sustainable, scalable outcomes for a large and operationally complex workforce. You will operate at the intersection of technology strategy, HR transformation, and enterprise architecture advising senior client stakeholders, leading a multidisciplinary delivery team, and shaping how the SuccessFactors ecosystem evolves over the coming years.
