SAP Service Consultant

SAP AfterSales Service Consultant responsible for managing the configuration changes and enhancements of our SAP system to support our Customer Service Organisation.

Key performance areas:

• Design, Customizing and implement core functionalities of SAP CS/PM and/or SD Module in AfterSales Service Area automotive – Also SAP Power User in the named Modules are welcome.
• Work on roll‑out and implementation of new business applications and functionality within the named SAP Modules
• Responsible for successful implementation, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients.
• Knowledge and experience of technical AfterSales Service processes in SAP mainly: Orders, Notifications, Equipments and functional locations structures (including classifications, Measurement Points, etc.), contracts, maintenance Planning.
