Our global team is seeking a skilled SAP Support Consultant specializing in SAP SD/MM within an SAP ECC setting. You will focus on providing L2/L3 support, resolving incidents, and enhancing O2C processes. Your role involves communication with stakeholders and collaboration with Salesforce CRM teams for effective system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP ECC in Sales and Logistics
• Analyze and resolve O2C incidents and service requests
• Work with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce CRM
• Ensure effective integration between SAP ECC and CRM
• Execute minor enhancements and testing activities
Requirements:
• Strong experience in SAP ECC focusing on SD
• Good understanding of Order-to-Cash operations
