SAP S/4HANA Upgrade Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Upgrade Project Manager to lead a major SAP upgrade initiative to the latest S/4HANA release (2025 target). The successful consultant will oversee full project delivery, governance, testing, cutover, stakeholder management, and post-upgrade stabilization within a regulated enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA upgrade delivery
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and governance activities
• Coordinate all upgrade phases including sandbox, development, QA, testing, and production cutover
• Drive integrated testing, business readiness, change management, and stabilization
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders including business, SAP teams, BASIS, vendors, and leadership
