The Cash Collections Brazil team, part of the SAP Global Finance Success Center, is responsible for managing outstanding receivables and improving cash flow performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable (current and overdue invoices)
- Contact customers to ensure timely payment
- Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies
- Issue and distribute collection letters
- Prepare account statements and reporting
