SAP Basis & Cloud Operations Lead (S/4HANA)
Job Description
- Strong experience with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP cloud landscapes
- Solid understanding of SAP Basis, infrastructure, cloud operations, and system architecture
- Experience in customer engagement, service management, or technical account management
- Knowledge of ITIL-based service delivery and incident/problem/change management
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced cloud environment
