Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems including NetWeaver and associated databases.
- Perform regular system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure stability.
- Manage the Transport Management System (TMS) to oversee software logistics and deployment processes.
- Handle user administration and security by creating, assigning, and managing roles and profiles.
- Execute system upgrades, kernel updates, and apply patches or support packages as required.
- Coordinate backup and recovery procedures to maintain system integrity and business continuity.
