Position Summary
Empowering our client to proactively safeguard IS Systems, preventing incidents and outages, while enabling efficient and informed support through timely and actionable alerts.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for gate keeping, optimizing system performance and avoiding system design deficiencies related to the overall application landscape
- Completing all system documentation and knowledge transfer of the implemented system to support team
- Supporting the problem management process by analyzing trends for recurring issues and propose solutions
- Must have in-depth experience in SAP Solution Manager, SAP Focused Run and Cloud ALM administration
