Salesforce Solution Architect

Looking for a Salesforce SA, part time or full time to support across the 6-7 pods and help define requirements for the developer to increase velocity.

Notes

• Large Digital Transformation project started 1-2 years back called Moonshot, focused around Salesforce.
• 6-7+ pods spread out for each business unit with teams per pod (Deal Manager, Legal, Field IQ, LinkIQ, Digital Marketing, etc)
• Doing a deduplication effort before ability to move to data cloud
• Pipeline projects include Data Cloud, Service Cloud Voice/Agentforce Voice, Mulesoft expansion and a new Pod focused around Collections & CAM
• 40+ people across the teams. A director of Architecture that oversees the pods, most of the team stretched thin on multiple projects
• Difficult stakeholders changing requirements
